my iphone’s screen is black. i have tried resetting it by holding the sleep and home buttons simultaneously, but nothing happens. when i plug it into my computer it does not recognize the iphone, or charge it. i have tried numerous cords. i have tried hooking it up to the wall outlet. nothing happens, the iphones screen is always black.
