Please provide step by step instructions as I am completely clueless about iPhones and etc

like Prerequisites and what else…

my iPhone is completely jailbroken, with T-Mobile US

I downloaded a few ipa games via rapidhare

I have no ITunes account nor data plan

only wifi on random days

Where do I get the MobileInstallation patch?

**most of all How do I sync the ipa with itunes**

can’t i just copy the ipa file to a certain folder in the iPhone, I use I-funbox

I have installous 2.0.3 but now im lost
