several of the applications I purchased from the iphone app store stopped working , the tech support at Apple told me I need to update my firmware to 3.1 so I went to the apple site and updated my firmware to 3.1 . now my entire iphone is a piece of junk that cannot even make calls, I spoke to Apple’s customer service, tech support they had no solutions and would not allow me to go back to the previous firmware. Since then I’ve asked around and found that several people are experiencing the same problem.
